ADULT Mental Health First Aid, 8am-5pm
SummitStone Health Partners recognizes the need for people to take care of their mental health and we want to bring more resources to our community. We are helping to pioneer Mental Health First Aid in Northern Colorado to encourage public understanding of the signs and symptoms associated with behavioral health issues. The adult Mental Health First Aid course is appropriate for anyone 18 years and older who wants to learn how to help a person who may be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. This course is available to all community members as participants come from a variety of backgrounds and play various roles in northern Colorado.
