Our Behavioral Health Urgent Care and Crisis Stabilization Unit is staffed by caring providers who are highly trained and experienced in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
Those in a mental health crisis can stay for up to five days to receive intensive therapy, including psychiatric and nursing services. We also offer group and individual sessions daily to combat isolation, assess, and identify workable solutions.
When patients are discharged they will receive a comprehensive treatment plan with follow-up.
Our staff are highly trained and experienced in crisis intervention and de-escalation. After the situation has been stabilized, we develop a follow-up care plan to provide access to the appropriate level of care.
This may include:
- Peer and family support services
- Medication evaluations
- Clinical and/or psychiatric assessments
- Safety plans
- Case management services
- Referrals to individual therapy, peer-supported therapy, or other services
* The Crisis Center is not a detox facility; however, we can assist those in need of detox services.
